Language of CLASS Tool Kit

Course Description: This instructor-led training is appropriate for administrators, directors and teachers of 3-, 4- and 5-year-old children and focuses on teacher-child interactions through the Classroom Assessment Scoring System® (CLASS®) lens.
Participants will:
- Learn the history and implementation of the CLASS® tool in the VPK classroom.
- Become familiar with the Domains, Dimensions, Indicators and Behavior Markers as they pertain to the CLASS® observation tool.
- Learn how classroom organization, behavior management, productivity and instructional learning formats are incorporated into the observation tool.
How to register:
- Register through the DCF website and search in “Instructor Led Courses” using the reference number 11836 to ensure you receive credit. Florida Early Childhood Professional Development Registry

- The session will be conducted in English only.
