Toddler Teacher

Early Care Center is looking for an energetic Toddler Teacher to provide the children with a developmentally appropriate and fun learning experience!   Our toddlers thrive through quality interactions with attentive staff.

Requirements include

• Experience working in a preschool environment
• High School Diploma/GED
• FCCPC/CDA and/or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 45 hours of Early Childhood Training
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Able to lift children and get down on the floor with them.

Responsibilities
*Create & implement lesson plans aligning with the Beyond Cribs and Rattles curriculum.
*Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
*Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their academic and social needs.
*Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share student progress and address any concerns.
*Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.
*Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily teaching strategies.
*Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods in a Christian environment.
*Monitor and assess student progress.
*Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in the field of early childhood education.
