DESCRIPTION:Presented by Sarasota Performing Arts Foundation\, this is an immersive ArtSELF experience for Sarasota County educators. We will combine breath work and yoga to open the body and heart\, as well as a hands-on art experience to nurture well-being and bring mindfulness into the classroom. Leave feeling rejuvenated\, inspired\, and equipped with simple mindfulness practices you can incorporate into your daily routine and share with your students. This is a free event.
